Visuals: Over a starfield background, there is a golden "+" with a 4-pointed star with a crescent-like golden shape facing to the left. It then pans so that it faces to the screen (with a sun visible). A golden, 3D "1991" flies to the right of the "+" character-by-character. The Burmese golden 3D text "ရုပ်ရှင်စတူဒီယို" zooms out to below the logo while Earth is visible. It zooms out slowly and settled itself.
