'''Visuals:''' The logo starts like the 1st logo but this time is on a gray color, the point on the "i" is also on a gray color, the "n" is already green, and the kid doesn't appear anymore. When we see the full text, something happens to the logo, which varies, depending on the film:
Editor's Note: The electronic sounds can scare someone, but is a nice logo.
*''La Leyenda De Las Momias De Guanajuato'': The "i" starts to shake and the point falls to the ground, the "i" then falls too, as we see the hand of one of the mummies from the movie rising from the ground. The mummy rises from above and he notices us, he roars angrily, as a storm is heard in the background, the logo fades to black, except for the eyes of the mummy, which are still there. Suddenly, other eyes appear on the darkness and the whole logo fades to black.
*''Guardianes de Oz'': A thunder hits the "i" and turns it into the Wicked Witch of the West, who throws an evil laugh, and lots of flying monkeys fly from the ground, until they fit the whole screen, which then fades to black.
*''Top Cat Begins'': The "i" turns into a trash can and we see Benny riding on the letter "m", Benny starts hitting the trash can several times with a hammer, he doesn't notice that Top Cat is inside the trash can, he comes out of it very dizzy and sees Benny angrily, Benny finally notices Top Cat and goes away running. Top Cat then closes the trash can and the logo fades to black.

Background

Ánima Estudios is a Mexican animation studio founded in 2002 by Fernando De Fuentes, Jose C. Garcia De Letona, and Federico Unda. The studio is known for producing animated films and shows such as El Chavo, Top Cat, Legend Quest, Familia Telerin, among others.

1st Logo (November 19, 2003-October 30, 2014)

Visuals: On a white background, there is a green square, the camera zooms out, revealing that is the dot of the "i" on the word "Anima Estudios" on a black color. A shadow of a kid walks and picks the dot with his finger, he moves the dot, forming a green atom shape, he then throws the atom, the atom knocks the "n" and turns it in to a green color. The kid catches the atom and the logo freezes.

Variants:

  • During the end credits of most of the movies and shows made by them, a print version of the logo is seen without the kid.
  • On Poncho Balon, the logo is still on an orange background.
  • A Martian Christmas uses the same variant as Poncho Balon, but the background is gray.
  • On Gaturro and the Argentine release of Top Cat: The Movie, the print logo is used.
  • On the opening credits of La Leyenda De La Llorona, the print version of the logo is written with chalk and each letter has a different color.
  • On Teenage Fairytale Dropouts, the logo plays in warp-speed.
    • Current releases when the show was renamed onto "Awesome Magical Tales", it is plastered by the 4th logo.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A collection of electronic sounds, though normally the logo uses the opening/closing theme of the movie/show.

Availability: The normal logo is seen on all the movies they've made during that era, except for Top Cat: The Movie. The print logo appears at the end credits of all the movies they've made, as well as on El Chavo Animado and El Chapulin Colorado.

2nd Logo (October 30, 2014-October 30, 2015)

Visuals: The logo starts like the 1st logo but this time is on a gray color, the point on the "i" is also on a gray color, the "n" is already green, and the kid doesn't appear anymore. When we see the full text, something happens to the logo, which varies, depending on the film:

  • La Leyenda De Las Momias De Guanajuato: The "i" starts to shake and the point falls to the ground, the "i" then falls too, as we see the hand of one of the mummies from the movie rising from the ground. The mummy rises from above and he notices us, he roars angrily, as a storm is heard in the background, the logo fades to black, except for the eyes of the mummy, which are still there. Suddenly, other eyes appear on the darkness and the whole logo fades to black.
  • Guardianes de Oz: A thunder hits the "i" and turns it into the Wicked Witch of the West, who throws an evil laugh, and lots of flying monkeys fly from the ground, until they fit the whole screen, which then fades to black.
  • Top Cat Begins: The "i" turns into a trash can and we see Benny riding on the letter "m", Benny starts hitting the trash can several times with a hammer, he doesn't notice that Top Cat is inside the trash can, he comes out of it very dizzy and sees Benny angrily, Benny finally notices Top Cat and goes away running. Top Cat then closes the trash can and the logo fades to black.

Technique: Usually CGI; the variant on La Leyenda De Las Momias De Guanajuato mixes Flash animation.

Audio: Each movie has a different theme, based on the soundtrack of the film, along with the sounds the characters in the logo make.

Availability: Seen on the movies named above.

3rd Logo (February 18, 2016-July 26, 2018)

Normal variants
Custom variants

Visuals: It's the same concept as the 2nd logo, but with several differences; the letters are now much bigger and green color on the letter "n" is darker. Also like the 2nd logo, each movie has a different variant:

  • La Leyenda Del Chupacabras: Shadows of Leo San Juan and his gang come out of the "n", one of the Sugar Skulls trips and falls to the ground. Leo picks her and they all go inside the "m". The whole logo fades out, except for the spaces of the "a"s, which turn into the eyes of the Chupacabras.
  • Isla Calaca: Giraldo opens up the dot on the "i" and comes out of it. He then tips over the letter with his head stuck on the dot. While hanging, his body tries reaching for his head before giving up.
  • La leyenda del Charro Negro: While fire sparks are seen faintly flying across the screen, the logo shakes and the sparks become more visible. The background changes to a maroon gradient color whereas the logo simply becomes a maroon color.
  • Here Comes the Grump (2018): We see Dingo flying at a very fast speed to where he reaches a sudden stop when approaching next to the logo. This causes the Grump to bounce on Dingo and crash into the letter "i", causing it to tip over and land on the Grump. Dingo then looks at the Grump with a confused expression.

Variants:

  • On La Leyenda Del Chupacabras, the dot on the "i" is an atom.
  • On the print logo variant, the text, excluding the letter "n", is white on a black background.

Technique: Same as the 2nd logo.

Audio: Same as the 2nd logo.

Availability: It debuted on La Leyenda del Chupacabras and can be seen on Isla Calaca, La leyenda del Charro Negro, and Here Comes the Grump (2018). The print logo variant can be seen at the end of Legend Quest.

4th Logo (September 30, 2018- )

Visuals: On a white background, there is a letter "Á" with an eye bouncing across the screen from left to right and then the opposite direction further apart from its first position. The steps this letter made transformed into the letters "NIMA" with the latter letter containing an eye. The "Á" return from the left and jumps right next to the letter "N".

Variants:

  • Like the previous logos, a print logo exists where the logo is white on a black background.
  • On Space Chickens in Space, the logo is seen alongside other logos such as the Cake Entertainment logo.

Technique: 2D animation.

Audio: The ending theme of the show or silence.

Availability: First seen on Space Chickens in Space and can be seen on their shows and films from this period. The animated variant was seen on newer YouTube uploads of Teenage Fairytale Dropouts.
