Background

Ízaro Films was a company based in Madrid that gained popularity thanks to the production and distribution of low-budget comedy and exploitation films. They were, among other things, the exclusive distributors of Cannon Films in Spain. In 1997, the company ceased business (apparently their last distributions were the films Buddy and Gattaca), and the rights of their own productions belong to Manga Films, and the Cannon library to the Spanish section of MGM. StudioCanal currently has worldwide rights to First Blood, a film they distributed for Carolco Pictures. Check imdb for more details [here].

Logo (September 14, 1981-1997)

Audio: A dramatic, adventurous fanfare. It's actually an edited version of the stock song "Openings and Endings No. 1 (From "Panorama")", composed by Robert Farnon
