Background
This is Evan W. Adler's vanity card.

Logo: On a black background, we see an old-style alarm clock radio that reads "11:35" with the word "Entertainment" on the bottom with a reflection. The numbers on the radio flip one time to "11:36".
FX/SFX: The numbers flipping.
Music/Sounds: A man singing on a radio with a clock flip.
