Background
1st Playable Productions was a video game developer based in Troy, New York, formed by Vicarious Visions employee Tobi Saulder in April 1, 2005.
(April 11, 2006-)
Logo: On a white background, we see a blue coin on the left with the text "1P" inside with a yellow border, and on the right is the text "1st Playable P R O D U C T I O N S" with a yellow line separating the words.
Variants:
- Starting in 2014, the logo is slightly redesigned with a cleaner, less detailed version of the coin and all the text in Arial Rounded.
- On Nintendo DS games, the coin is on the top, and the text is on the bottom.
- On most games, a custom variant is displayed featuring the logo stylized after the game proceeding it, as well as featuring animation mostly.
Technique: Depends on the variant.
Music/Sounds: None or the opening theme of the game.
Availability: It can be seen on several video games from the era, beginning with the 2006 GBA game of Cabbage Patch Kids: The Patch Puppy Rescue.
