Okay, a couple updates: 1) season 3 of Home Movies uses the second logo, 2) I'm not sure when the first logo was last used, I just assumed the season one set was the last one, and 3) according to a comment on this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JtJtriVrT1c), the second logo was used up to 2007.

Logo: We see a DVD disc in the center of the screen with "3rd Sector" on it, with two green beams of light coming from it. Over it is this text:

Variant: Select DVDs have the text "It's a Secret Studios" alongside the main text. This can be seen on the 2004 DVDs of The Cooler and the first season of Home Movies.

Availability: Seen on the 2000 DVD of Annabelle's Wish the 2003 DVDs of Cube and Cube 2: Hypercube, and the 2004 DVD of the first season of Home Movies.

2nd Logo (May 31, 2005?-2007?)

Logo: We see the previous logo on a background with things happening. "Menu Design" in blue then wipes in next to the logo. Three rings appear, followed by the text "Encoding & Authoring" next to the logo. The rings appear again, followed by "3rd Sector Entertainment" appearing on the top right corner of the logo, with "It's a Secret Studios" under it. The company's web address and their location appear under the logo.

FX/SFX: The background animation, the rings, the text appearing.

Music/Sounds: A low hum plays all throughout, while two bleeps are heard when the rings appear.

Availability: Seen on most Shout! Factory releases of the era, including the second and third seasons of Home Movies and volume one of The Super Mario Bros. Super Show.
