2002–2012
Warning: It's almost the same as the 1977-84 variant of the first 20th Century Studios Home Entertainment warning, except the background is black, "WARNING" is red, and the warning text and font is different.
Variant:
- On TLA Releasing and Part 1 and 2 DVDs, the warning is in a different font.
- On A&E DVD releases, the word "WARNING" and the warning text is in Helvetica Condensed font.

Availability: Seen on 4Kids Entertainment VHS and DVD releases from 2002 to 2012, as distributed by FUNimation Entertainment.
