Background

ADK Holdings Inc. (d/b/a ADK), formerly known as Asatsu-DK, is a Japanese holding company with ventures in advertising and IP rights. Asatsu-DK was formed in 1999, when Asatsu merged with Dai-Ichi Kikaku. Headquartered in the Toranomon Hills building complex in Minato, Tokyo since June 2014 (previously in Tsukiji, Chūō, Tokyo), the firm is Japan's third largest advertising agency after Dentsu and Hakuhodo. The agency has 80 offices in over 20 countries. In 2018, ADK was bought out by US capital firm Bain Capital and transitioned into a holding company a year later, with the original Asatsu-DK becoming ADK Marketing Solutions.

Visuals: There is the Asatsu-DK wordmark, consisting of the words "ASATSU-DK", in condensend sans-serif on a superimposed white font.

2nd Logo (November 2002−May 31, 2014)

Visuals: There is the ADK wordmark, consisting of the words "ADK", in Optima Bold Italic on a superimposed white font.

Technique: Superimposed animation.

Audio: The opening or closing theme of the show.

Availability: Seen on programs and series from this period such as Doraemon and Pretty Cure series.

3rd Logo (June 1, 2014-)

Visuals: Superimposed on the opening/ending credits, is the stylized text "ɅDK<" in a stylized lettering with a "<" symbol placed next to it.

Variants:

On KiraKira★Pretty Cure à la Mode, Healin' Good♡Pretty Cure, Tropical-Rouge! Pretty Cure, Delicious Party♡Pretty Cure and Wonderful Pretty Cure!, the logo is pink with a white stroke.
On Star★Twinkle Pretty Cure, the logo has a pink inner glow with a black stroke.
On Soaring Sky! Precure, the logo has a light blue beveled stroke.

Technique: Superimposed animation.

Audio: The opening or closing theme of the show.
