Visuals: On a background that slowly flashes different colors (like Paramount's "Acid Trip" warning, though the colors change somewhat faster), generic white warning text is shown.
Technique: 2D computer animation.
Audio: None.
Availability: Could be seen on at least some AIMS Media tapes. It was seen on a tape of The Cask of Amontillado.
