Background

In 1991, the game subsidiary of ASCII Corporation, Nexoft was renamed to ASCII Entertainment Software, Inc.. As time went on, the company began separating from the main company, with all operations being renamed to Agetec in 1998. During the early 90s, many games were published under the ASCIIWare software label.

Logo (1992-1993)

Visuals: On a space background, there is a light blue gradient rectangle. The text "ASCiiWARE" types in over the rectangle.

Variant: A still version exists.

Technique: 2D sprite animation.

Audio: None, or the opening theme of the game.

Availability: Seen on Spellcraft for PC and SNES (unreleased), Spindizzy Worlds for SNES, and Pro Moves Soccer for Genesis.
