Background
AT&T Wireless Services Inc. was a wireless telephone carrier company founded in 1994 as a division of AT&T Corporation. In April 2000, it began trading separately from its parent company, then spun off in July 2001. The company was acquired by Cingular Wireless (a joint venture between SBC Communications and BellSouth) in October 2004 for $41 billion and folded into it in April 2005; SBC later acquired the original AT&T and adopted its name.

- Depending on the system's display, the logo may be only shown with the "AT&T" text, or "AT&T Wireless" in two lines.
- There are monochrome and color versions of the logo.

Availability: It was seen on a few AT&T Wireless Nokia and Motorola devices from the period.
