AVID logo refresh

As I'm sure some of you are aware, there are multiple variants of the AVID logomark out there. I propose we finally standardise this.

There are 3 known variants out there.

• A super bold variant used in the favicon.
• The main logo version, shown here.
  

• A refined version, by Nancer, used for AVIDCAST and on the Discord server banner, shown here.
  

Due to the design on the logo, only the refined version can be used for a typeface based on the logo, as otherwise the lines would be too thick for certain letterforms. I propose we officially switch all usage of the AVID logo to this refined version. (Lets chat!) 03:52, 20 March 2023 (UTC)

This is so it can look better at smaller sizes, as well as make the logo's thickness more consistent between the favicon, the site logo, and the Discord banner, and so a typeface based on the AVID logo could be made. · Talk · Edits 05:10, 22 March 2023 (UTC)

yeah that's cool, just made sense to point out that you've missed the most important part of the proposal: standardisation. We've got 3 different AVID logos all flying around, and the idea of this proposal to actually tie everything together under a unified brand. (Lets chat!) 11:04, 22 March 2023 (UTC)
