So, fellow user Camenati has questioned about whether videos are eligible for the featured image nominations page, and EternityMediaGroup has suggested we create an RfC regarding that. Camenati has provided an instance, saying that he has one rare ident that is only found on one page (not even on mainspace) and nowhere else. I do think videos should be featured alongside images, as they do have more reliable sources and provide us with more information/evidence regarding the logo(s) and more.

Support, particularly with VPJHuk's idea of making the page more general with its inclusion of images and videos by retitling it to "Featured Files". Camenati (talk) 09:34, 3 February 2023 (UTC)
