Newly redesigned Tutorial Guide

I've been working on a more concise and less confusing Tutorial Guide, which is designed to be more friendly to new users. Here is a preview of the revised Tutorial Guide: User:Compooper/sandbox/Newly redesigned Tutorial Guide

The most major changes are a new table of contents containing in order the different elements of an article (designed for easier navigation to different sections in the guide), as well as a long-overdue addition of proper usage examples for each of the description sections. I've also made sure this page is friendly to users who are not familiar with the MediaWiki editing experience, by including a link at the very top of the page to a MediaWiki help guide.
