Remove the "No unspecific technique descriptions" rule
So, there are a lot of simple technique descriptions like "2D animation", "CGI", etc. However, the tutorial guide says it prohibits these descriptions. I think this rule should be removed. There are a few reasons why I am requesting this: 1. The staff team considers these descriptions valid, making this rule pointless. 2. It makes editing the technique harder. Unfortunately, if such simple descriptions are the best you can come up with for the technique, they should be allowed to make things easier. 3. The technique does not always have to be too specific; sometimes, it's better to keep it simple. Overall, for these reasons, I don't find this rule useful. What do you think?
