AVID:Requests for Comment/Rewrite "About AVID"

The "About AVID" page needs to be updated further, as there are 2 problems with the way it is currently.
- "What's a closing logo?" does not fit with our current focus on AVID, and reflects on our original focus as the CLG Wiki.
- "Why are the pages sorted by transmission?" explains how the pages are sorted and not why the pages are sorted the way they are.
I suggest that we rewrite the About AVID page to truly explain who we are, and to perfectly reflect on our current focus.
