Back in February, before I joined the Miraheze site, there was [[AVID:Requests for Comment/Use MDY and DMY date formats accordingly|a RfC proposal involving use of date formats according to country of origin]]. The proposal was passed of course, but one date format was not brought up in that proposal: the year-month-day format used in Japan.
