This is the production company of actor and comedian, Cedric the Entertainer.

1st Logo (July 15, 2006)

Logo: On a gray cloudy background, we see a 3D model of a bear paw close-up around a rectangle, illuminated in darkness with the text "A BIRD AND A BEAR" with "ENTERTAINMENT" inside a black rectangle underneath, both in a serif font and glowing with gold spotlights throughout behind. The logo then fully lights up with the bear paw in metallic gold and the text in white as the spotlights slowly shine on the logo.

FX/SFX: The forming and shining. Nice CGI for the time.

Music/Sounds: The closing theme.

Availability: Rare. This was seen on Cedric the Entertainer: Taking You Higher, which aired on HBO.

2nd Logo (June 20, 2012-)

Logo: On a black background, we see the bear paw symbol from before, now in metallic silver with smoke behind surrounding it. The text "A BIRD & A BEAR ENTERTAINMENT" appears from a trail-like effect as it settles in its position; while the symbol glows more brighter and the smoke disappears.

Variants:

A shorter version exists where it cuts out the trail effect of the text.
There is a alternate version where the logo looks much cheaper and has a spotlight behind it, sometimes absent.
On the first three seasons of The Neighborhood, the logo is next to the Mud, Blood & Beer Productions logo.
On Johnson, the logo is next to the Midnight Train Productions logo with copyright information below.

FX/SFX: The text forming, the symbol glowing and the smoke. Great CGI.

Music/Sounds: The closing theme.

Availability: Common. First seen on The Soul Man. It was later seen on The Comedy Get Down, The Neighborhood, The Greatest #AtHome Videos, Cedric The Entertainer: Live from the Ville and Johnson.
