Background
Aberdeen Cable was a British satellite television channel, although nothing much is known about it.
(1980s-1990s)
Logo: On a black background, we see a scrolling black-light blue surface with teal glow at the distance. A crystalized rainbow glow can be seen from the distance. Three red tri-dimensional triangles fly and spin while being settled in place forming a flash to reveal three shapes in a style of a window in yellow, red and blue. The outlined text "ABERDEEN CABLE" can be seen from the bottom zooming out in a trailing effect, which flashes to reveal the complete text in white.
Variant: A version exists where the black background changes to gray, and the text is revealed in black.
Technique: CGI and scanimation.
Music/Sounds: A triumphant theme ending with a reversed clang.
Availability: Extinct.
