Logo: In a dark, filmed atmosphere, there's a table with a piece of paper with text above it. The text "ACTION THIS DAY!" zooms out onto the paper.
Variant: At least two variants of the paper exist.
Technique: The atmosphere and the text jumping.
Music/Sounds: Either the first half of the Relativity Television logo music (which the mentioned logo followed) or a CBS generic theme. Starting with episode 16 of Limitless, a stamp sound is heard.
