Logo: On a dark, filmed atmosphere, there's a table with a text paper above it. The text "ACTION THIS DAY!" zooms out to the paper.
FX/SFX: The atmosphere and the text jumping.
Music/Sounds: Either the first half of the Relativity Television logo music (which the mentioned logo followed) or a CBS generic theme. Starting with episode 16 of Limitless, a stamp sound is heard.
