1st Logo (1989)
Visuals: On a black background, a rectangle is shown at the center containing the stylized italic "AGUMIX", with the bottom-left of the X extended. Below at the left is the red "SERIES" followed by a number, and the game version number next to it.
Variants:
- On versions 2.0+ of Shiritsu Tantei Max - Sennyuu!! Nazo no Joshikou, the rectangle is filled in white with a red outline, "AGUMIX" is in blue, and "1" is next to "SERIES".
- On Shoujo Tantei Rinn-chan no Jikenbo - Dennou Shoujo Densetsu, the rectangle is in a dark blue pattern with a lighter blue outline, "AGUMIX" is in light yellow, and "4" is next to "SERIES".

2nd Logo (September 25, 1990)
Visuals: On a black background, the two slices of the blue "AGUMIX" text from before appear moving from the sides to the center. Once it is formed, a white streak passes from the left and bursts at the center of the X.
Technique: Computer animation.
Audio: None.
Availability: It is only seen on Pure My Dool for PC-98.
3rd Logo (1991)
Visuals: On a black background, the red text "AGUMIX" in a medieval-like font appears along with the lighter red "Presents" below.
Variant: On Shiritsu Tantei Max 2 - Master of Elemental, the red text is larger and sandwiched between two blue lines. No "Presents" text is shown.
Technique: A still digital graphic.
Audio: An ascending synth chime.
Availability: It is only seen on Caramel Quest - Meitenkyuu no Megamizou for PC-98.
4th Logo (1991)
Visuals: On a black background, the same "AGUMIX" is shown, but it is more larger and also sandwiched between two blue lines.
Technique: A still digital graphic.
Audio: None.
Availability: It is only seen on Shiritsu Tantei Max 2 - Master of Elemental for PC-98.
5th Logo (September 1, 1992-March 5, 1994)
Visuals: On a black background, slices slide from the left and right forming a red/orange/yellow gradient "AGUMIX". A shine then passes vertically on the logo.
Variants:
- On the PC-98 versions of The Queen of Duellist Gaiden and both Alpha versions, the logo appears with a more elaborate shining effect, and then turns still.
- On the FM Towns versions of The Queen of Duellist and The Queen of Duellist Gaiden α+, the logo appears by zooming out.
Technique: Computer animation.
Audio: A rising synth once the logo is revealed.
Audio Variants: None on the original PC-98 version of The Queen of Fighter, as well as the FM Towns variants.
Availability: It can be seen on the PC-98 games Agumix Selects! Tokusen Graphic Shuu, Four Flush and Tinkle - Zenimusume-, and all of the The Queen of Duellist games.
6th Logo (November 13, 1992)
Visuals: On a black background, the red 3D serif text "AGUMIX" is shown flipping vertically and then slowing in speed as it places to perspective.
Technique: Pre-rendered CGI.
Audio: When the logo stops flipping, the same chime from the 3rd logo is heard.
Availability: It is only seen on Iris-tei Serenade for PC-98.
7th Logo (July 30, 1996)
Visuals: On a black background, the Agumix logo is shown in white with "presented by" above.
Technique: A still digital graphic.
Audio: None.
Availability: It is only seen on Guardian Recall ~Shugo Juu Shoukan~ for PC-98.
