Background

Aichi Television Broadcasting Co., Ltd. (TVA, callsign JOCI-DTV, branded as TV Aichi) signed on September 1, 1983 as the third affiliate of the TV Tokyo-run MegaTON Network (now TX Network) and is the 100th commercial broadcaster to sign on in Japan, based in Nagoya and serving the Aichi Prefecture.

Logo (October 3, 1998-)

Visuals: Superimposed on the show's opening or ending background is the 1983 TV Aichi wordmark consisting of the word "テレビ愛知" with the letter "愛", representing a heart, usually in white.

Variants:

  • Some shows, such as Totsugeki Pappara-tai! only have the TVA wordmark without the red heart.
  • On some shows, such as Future Card Buddyfight, the logo does not have a black outline.

Technique: Superimposed animation.

Audio: The opening and/or ending theme of the show.

Availability: First seen on TV Aichi's first TV production, Totsugeki! Pappara-tai
