Background

Al-Shabab Films Company was a film company in Egypt.

1st Logo (January 1, 1942)

Visuals: Over a black background, there is a drawing of an outline of clouds with pyramids, skylines and flower-like object below, with a silhouette of a man standing in front of the clouds which carries the black sun with sun rays around it moving back and forth. The Arabic text in white fades inside the black sun. After that, it fades out, and "يقدم" in white fades in. It then fades out.

Technique: 2D cel animation.

Audio: A triumphant trumpet fanfare.

Availability: Seen on احب الغلط.

2nd Logo (December 17, 1945)

Visuals: Over a sky background, there is a man holding 2 torches with a sun ray moving behind next to the mosque at the left and the Pyramids at the right of it. In front of the man is an arched Arabic text in Nastaliq calligraphy. "تقدم" appears below it.

Technique: 2D cel animation.

Audio: A dramatic trumpet fanfare.
