Background

In 2014, Millennium Entertainment was spun-off from its parent company Nu Image Films and renamed Alchemy. The company went bankrupt only a year after formation due to acquiring Anderson Digital and ANconnect, which gave them too many new clients to handle. The many financial troubles and staff mismanagement that prevailed resulted in the company imploding on June 30, 2016. They filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy soon afterwards. The rights to most films (including the Millennium Entertainment library) currently lay with FilmRise.

2nd Logo (2015-2016)

The sprinkles then disappear and the logo flashes.

Technique: CGI.
