Background

Alcon Entertainment, LLC is an American film production company, founded on January 23, 1997 by film producers Broderick Johnson and Andrew Kosove.

Logo (April 23, 1999-)

Visuals: On a black background, a blue-tinted archer is shown holding a bow. The image slowly shifts downward, leaving behind several shadows that fade out, a la the Tig Productions logo. The archer proceeds to draw his bow. Wind comes in, stretching the archer until it forms a rectangle with an abstract drawing of the archer in it. The rectangle shines, and the words "ALCON ENTERTAINMENT" are wiped in below. A light blue registered trademark symbol appears beside the name.

Variant: A short version of this logo exists.

Technique: CGI created by Rod Dyer Design, Nina Saxon Design, Framework Studio, and New Wave Entertainment.

Audio: A lush orchestrated piece composed by Pfeifer Broz. Music. Sometimes, the logo is silent or the opening theme of the film plays.
