Background
Alien Productions is the company that created ALF and two of the animated series, ALF Tales and ALF: The Animated Series.
1st Logo (September 22, 1986-March 24, 1990)
Visuals: At the end of the credits, superimposed over clips from the current episode, is the text “alien productions” in lowercase Cern font. Underneath, in smaller text, there is the copyright.
Technique: A still, chyroned graphic.
Audio: The end theme of the show, along with Alf laughing (taken from the pilot). In syndication, Brian Cummings is heard saying "ALF is an Alien Production and is distributed by Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution."
Audio Variants: The following episodes have variants in music and the sound clip:
- “Don’t it Make My Brown Eyes Blue?” (S1E8): The tail end of Alf’s song from the episode, “You’re the One That’s Out of This World.”
