Background: Alliance Releasing was the motion picture division of Alliance Entertainment Corporation.

Logo: On a black-blue gradient background, we see a bright flash, then shining effects to bring forth the "ALLIANCE" text from the TV logo. The words "RELEASING" appears separated by two lines appear below. The logo then shines.

Variant: On a Canadian TV spot for The Gate, it uses the same background as its television counterpart, except that "RELEASING" replaces "ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATION".

FX/SFX: The flash, the logo shining.

Music/Sounds: A light synth theme. Sometimes, it's silent.

Availability: Seen on late 80s releases from Canada. It can also be found on Alliance's VHS tapes that were under the Alliance Releasing Home Video label. and distributed by MCA Home Video.
