Background
Around 1984, America Cinema Marketing was founded by Jack F. Murphy.
1st Logo (1980s-1990s)
Logo: We just see the text
presents
on a black background.
Technique: None.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Seen on the company's films from the 1980s and 1990s such as Screwball Academy, Hot Sneakers, Moonstalker, and Hobgoblins.
2nd Logo (Late 1980s-early 1990s)
Logo: On a black background, we see three rectangles fly down from the top with the letters "ACM" in a spray-paint-like script font on them. From the letters upwards, the rectangles are light magenta and lavender from the bottom down. As they get lower and settle into place, each rectangle gets a set of three sprocket holes that appear via wipe-in effect. Then, the text
CORPORATION
appears under it in white.
Technique: Unknown
Music/Sounds: An 80's-era synthesizer fanfare or none.
Availability: Seen on some of the company's films such as The Channeler and Syngenor.
