Visuals: On a black background, various slit-scan clips shoot themselves in the background, whilst everything slowly diagonally rotates. Whilst this happens, the words "AMERICAN HORROR" fade in. Later on, it fades out, for the word "P R E S E N T A" to fade in.
Technique: Computer animation.
Audio: "Turn it Over" by Eddie Jobson, which fades out early at the end.
Availability: Only known to be seen on a release of The Changeling (titled on theirs as The Puzzle).
