Aniventure (formerly known as Mass Animation and Comic Animations) is a British (formerly American) content creation and intellectual property company based in London and was set up in 2008 as Mass Animation, who best known for producing the short film Live Music before Planet 51 and the TV series Mother Up!. In 2013, another company was founded called Comic Animations (now known as Aniventure since 2019), which has no relation to this company. During that time, Mass Animation would later became dormant and shutting down the company later in the mid-late 2010s, and was absorbed into Aniventure during the re-production of Paws of Fury: The Legend of Hank (formerly titled as Blazing Samurai) along with Cinesite (replacing Arc Productions after they shut down earlier and it was re-opened as Jam Filled Toronto in 2016).
Note: This page will include Mass Animation, because of it's previous existence before Aniventure absorbed it.
Mass Animation
(November 20, 2009-February 26, 2014)
Logo: On a black background, several multicolored squares (including white ones) appear via an iris effect and soon quickly gather up to the center of the screen. When connecting with one another, they form a light-blue rectangular symbol with a white rectangle outline and the multicolored squares inside it, with the words "MASS ANIMATION" inside it in white and in a blocky font. A small "presents" then fades in below the logo.
FX/SFX: The squares forming the logo.
Music/Sounds: The opening sounds of the short.
Availability: Seen before Mass Animation's first project, Live Music, a theatrical short which was seen before theatrical showings of Planet 51.
Comic Animations
(2010s)
TBA.
Aniventure
(October 16, 2020- )
Logo: On a black background, we see a gold rectangle that has a silhouette of a child running and holding a balloon that looks like a wonky star right behind it. The text "ANIVENTURE" can also be seen below the symbol in a stylized font. The logo stays in place for a few seconds before a dark brown-reddish colored light shines across the logo, revealing a bunch of huge particles floating around the logo and lighting up the star as it passes by.
Variants:
- A print version that was used in posters and at the end of trailers and movies that they produced.
- On trailers for Paws of Fury: The Legend of Hank, the print logo without the box is beside the Paramount Pictures, Nickelodeon Movies, Align Pictures US and GFM Animation logos in red on a white background, and slowly zooms in.
FX/SFX: The logo shining, done in CGI.
Music/Sounds: The opening theme of the movie.
Availability: Current. It was first seen on Aniventure's YouTube channel and later appeared on it's first two movies Riverdance: The Animated Adventure and Paws of Fury: The Legend of Hank.
Editor's Note: None.
