Background
Anycall (Korean: 애니콜) was a South Korean mobile phone brand established by Samsung Electronics in 1993. Like other mobile phone brands in South Korea, they provide technology such as cameras, internet access, and digital TV through Digital Multimedia Broadcasting. Samsung mobile phones were sold through the Anycall brand in South Korea and the greater China area prior to 2011.
1st Logo (2002-2005)
Logo: Over computer-generated scenery, mostly in relation to the type of animation that later plays on the startup, we see the Anycall wordmark with the slogan "Digital Exciting" above.
Variants:
- As mentioned, the background screen could change depending on the model.
- On several devices, the logo is seen on an underwater scene with plants and coral items.
- On the SCH-X430S, the rainbow logo is seen on a blue sky with clouds.
- On the SCH-V300, it is a beach with the Anycall logo in rainbow.
- On the SCH-M420 (and possibly other Anycall-branded Windows Mobile devices), the blue logo is seen on a white background with a shadow.
- On the SCH-S260, the logo is seen through a Korean wallpaper with a candle placed in a chair next to it. The letters then fly away.
- A few models feature the Anycall logo and slogan placed on the bottom-right corner.
- On phones like the SCH-E470, the Anycall logo is seen on a gradient background with a shadow behind it.
