Background

This company was created by stand-up comedian Denis Leary in New York City.

1st Logo (March 14, 2001-September 7, 2011)

Logo: We see live-action footage of New York City and the sky gets darker, the lights get brighter, and the background starts to be covered with a black rectangle until you can only see the bridge and all the lights. The sky going from bright to dark is sped up. As this happens we see the words "A P O S T L E" zoom fade out.

Variant: There is a longer version.

FX/SFX: Just the text zoom-fading in and the black rectangle forming and the live action of New York.

Music/Sounds: A fast quieter drum beat with a low-pitched owl-like sound inbetween

Music/Sounds Variant:

There's a high pitch version.
A longer version is seen on Rescue Me only when The Cloudland Company logo is a in-credit variant.
