Applause Pictures was founded in 2000 in Hong Kong.

Logo: On a black background, a few yellow letters randomly flash. More letters flash, revealing the text "applause pictures. The letters then stop flashing, being left intact. After a few seconds, a red line fades in between "applause" and "pictures".
