Logo: On a black background, we see the words APRIL FILMS zooming in, then lines appear around it. Then it fades into a blue background. Production fades in, followed by an in association with text.

FX/SFX: The zooming.

Music/Sounds: A six-note Moog tune.

Availlabity: Only seen at the end of the Star Trek: 25th Anniversary special.
