Logo (1999-2003)
Visuals: On a aquamarine blue or golden flashing background, two yellow ring lights, circling a spinning upside-down pyramid. And then, the pyramid slowly zooming in, along with the company name:
ARTECH
studios
When the logo finishes, the pyramid goes black, purple out-lined, and ripples.
Variant: A variant without the circling lights exists.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: A synth tribal theme with males singing and twinkling throughout. At the very end, there is a Windows NT-like noise. The music was sung and created by Mark Mitchell, and it was created apparently around 1996, a few years before this logo was made.
Audio Variant: Sometimes, the noise at the end is omitted.
Availability: Seen on their videogames from the era, such as Q*bert and Wheel of Fortune for PS2.
