Background: Asset Digital was a Canadian DVD production service company founded in 1998. Even though they went defunct in 2005, their URL was reused for the similarly named Asset.Digital, a domain name brokerage/acquisition company in the United Kingdom.

(1998-2005)

Logo: On a extreme close-up of a blurred gemstone rotating, a DVD Video logo in white fades and zooms in slightly before it fades back out. Below the logo is "PRODUCED BY" in a wide black font. After the DVD logo zooms out, a white circle with an offset "a" cutout turns into view and zooms out to the left, while an inverted shadow and larger transparent copy of it appear as well. The circle then settles as a lens flare appears behind it, turning it black and gaining the text "sset", forming the text "asset". "DIGITAL" in a wide black font, is also seen below it, along with their URL in white and surrounded by brackets. At the bottom of the screen, the text "Providing DVD Production Services to the World." is seen spreading out throughout the logo. The diamond continues to spin as a blurry, transparent copy of the logo fades in behind it and moves to the right slowly.

Technique: Live action, combined with standard CGI. Not too bad for the time.
