Visuals: There is the warning text in greyish-white scrolling up on a blue background. The word "WARNING" is above a red line.

Availability: Seen on every Astral Video VHS release (which also has a Quebec-based equivalent, Astral Home Entertainment. Astral Home Entertainment was formerly named Bellevue Home Entertainment). Also seen on VHS releases from Malo Video, Allegro Films, Cinexus/Famous Players Distribution, Cinépix Film Properties, Melenny and more.
