1st Warning (Late 1980's-1991)
Warning: On a sky blue background, we see the word "UYARI" on top of the screen, with a yellow line below. Then the following text scrolls up:

Availability: Rare. Found on Turkish releases at the time.
2nd Warning (1992-Mid 1990's)
Warning: On the same background as the previous warning, we see the word "UYARI" in a white font and a white line below. Then the following text scrolls up fastly:

Availability: Rare. Found on later Turkish releases.
