Oppose Not an interesting or significant find, considering this is a basic multilingual variant that simply translates the bottom text to the show's language. I have seen rarer and stranger international variants than this. Camenati (talk) 16:59, 20 January 2023 (UTC)

Central - Carlton Country ident (1999)
Reason: This is Central's version of the Carlton Country ident. It used to be a lost ident until I found a 16:9 squeezed capture from a promo on TV Ark, then it has been found by Daniel Mullins on January 7, 2022. SonicFan08MZ (talk) 21:45, 16 January 2023 (UTC)

20th Century Fox (1993-Studio Productions).png
Reason: a Brief clip of this logo was in a 1997 documentary (played in reverse) but wasn't noticed or even know about (the later prototype, from 1994 was known about since someone managed to dig up a Flip Your Lid demo reel in the early-mid 2010s) until mid 2020-early 2021, also in Mid 2020, The full animation was in a Image Savant demo reel from October 22, 1993 posted on archive.org, but was unnoticed until Late December 2022, and since this is a logo from a well known company with tons of popularity, so... THX(Broadway, Spanish, 1997).jpg
Reason: This significant discovery marked the first (and probably the only) time that THX had a localized version in any of its logos. This was regarded as the rarest THX find alongside the long lost-and-found Cimarron music variant. VPJHuk (talk) 13:44, 15 January 2023 (UTC)

File:Nikkatsu_(1925).jpeg
Reason: For the longest time, many people thought the first Nikkatsu logo is the one with bird (turns out that was actually a logo for Nikkatsu-Banno). Last year however, I have discovered what's possibly the oldest Nikkatsu logo, on the film Furusato no Uta, dated 1925. It contains a very early version of the NK emblem.

Bravo_VMT.png
Reason: Up until 2022, the 2010 Bravo logo had only one known source on Sun Sea and A&E. In the last few months, I have found brand new variants of this logo, including this one from "Brit Cops". Up until this point, it was thought that all logos from the 2010 rebrands of Living and Bravo replaced the Virgin Media Television logo with a Living TV Group copyright notice, so this find was very unexpected. This particular variant was only spotted on one episode of the series, with the rest using Living TV Group notices, making it even rarer. Luke2505 (talk) 16:56, 14 January 2023 (UTC)

File:20th Century Fox Telecommunications (1983) (From - The Who Rocks America).png
Reason: This Fox logo has only been seen on a Who Rocks America special, some random show that doesn't air anymore, not even on Me TV. I don't know how you can find this, but on here it says 'ultra rare', so there must be a way. Also, what is Profile Publishing & Management Corps. A.P.S.? Reason: The Rank Organisation was no strange to having their famous "Gongman" localised for international audiences. But it seems really weird that the country that got the most variants was the USSR. Davidthelogohunter (talk) 02:32, 12 January 2023 (GMT+4)

- Support Contrary to what Charlie and Sickminecraft45 say, I believe this logo fits the criteria, given that it actually is rare. It's not T.A.T.-level rare, but it's not unworthy of or undeserving to be a Featured Image. · Talk · Edits 15:58, 14 January 2023 (UTC)
- Support Absolute gem of a discovery. Very rightfully deserves a place on the featured images section. Luke2505 (talk) 16:50, 14 January 2023 (UTC)
- Support Really good discovery in my opinion. The fact that people are abstaining/opposing this just because "it isn't worthy" or the fact that it's been there for months is just absurd. I and multiple others have posted finds that haven't been featured for one reason or another for months AND EVEN YEARS. That shouldn't change how a rare logo is portrayed. A new rare find will get old at some point, but it can still be considered rare unless more and more discoveries of said rare logo is found. Enough of my rant, I'll have my support. VPJHuk (talk) 10:50, 15 January 2023 (UTC)

Abstain
Abstain I don't know here. It is significant given Sony, but not so good on the RARE end of the stick given being seen for at least over 3 months. (• USER TALK! •) 22:25, 11 January 2023 (UTC) Abstain I don't think this logo is worthy enough. Sickminecraft45 (talk) 04:34, 14 January 2023 (UTC)
- Charlie, you didn't seem to say anything similar regarding other images you supported that've been seen for longer than three months (Paramount/Disney, textless Paramount, T.A.T., Warner Music Video).
- Also, Sickminecraft45, what is your rationale? I mean, this isn't a variant of the SPT logo. · Talk · Edits 06:03, 15 January 2023 (UTC)
- Why should I? (• USER TALK! •) 16:35, 15 January 2023 (UTC)
- Actually, I voted those ones because of where you have to find them and their sources. Sometimes the logo can be used for years and only be seen on one source, hence Disney Paramount. TAT on the other hand I voted due to it's extreme find because of plastering (• USER TALK! •) 17:19, 15 January 2023 (UTC)

- So I myself decided to do one last thing before I close this drama for good.
- Sometimes, just learn to do research.
- I logo hunt 24/7.
- I don't take breaks.
- And just when you found smth special, some randos show up and call your find not worthy, just because it reminds them of the TV logo of the same company.
- That is disrespectful.
- Not just to me, but also other logo hunters too.
- This must be the last time a logo hunters' effort gets mashed into the ground.

Reason: The fact that it was highly obscure until it was found in (I believe) 2022, as well as the fact that both a Disney and Paramount logo are on-screen at the same time, which is very rare occurence. --RobowilOFFICIAL (talk) 04:48, 11 January 2023 (UTC)

Viacom Community Access Northshore (1988).jpeg
Reason: This version of the V of Steel is very odd, as it has not only a cheap text, but also has the mark of it's community Cable TV division, one which isn't talked about much. In that sense, not only it's rare, but its an interesting piece of history of a significant television-related company.

Support It's kinda sad that Featured Image Nominations might actually replace Surprise Logo Discoveries in terms of activity and images. Anyways, this is a neat find. (• USER TALK! •) 19:58, 10 January 2023 (UTC)
- To be fair, this is a new thing and probably will quiet down as time goes, but this helped out the fact that the Featured Images page was quite dry with new things (simply because nobody bothered to put any new things in the thread as well as the administrators usually ignoring the thread when it came to Featured images, unfortunately).
- Essentially, this page saved the Featured Images, in my opinion. VPJHuk (talk) 10:50, 11 January 2023 (UTC)

Two Soups Productions early logo.jpeg
Reason: It turns out that the logo with those kids was not the only logo they had. This was found back on September 29 last year. I was on YouTube finding full episodes of long gone shows and one of these was Teachers (2006, NBC). The videos I found of that show mostly cut off the credits (which were original airings), but one of them actually showed a partial logo combo (meaning it cut off NBC Studios), which is how I got this capture. Oppose
- Oppose All it is is just the normal 20th Television logo with a 3 instead of a 2. Sonictailsknucklesshadow (talk) 16:11, 6 January 2023 (UTC)
- While the appeal isn't the most satisfying one, the real reason I posted it was due to it's rarity as well as it probably interesting a couple others. This is also a way better version of the 30th Television logo than the one we got in syndication. You can see that one here. Shame it wasn't used in the actual show. - Lmao tell it to 30th Century Fox TV. This find is neat (• USER TALK! •) 18:49, 6 January 2023 (UTC)

Bell System (1941).png & others
-
1941

1960
-
1964
-
1966
-
1968
-
1968
-
1983
Reasons:
- The 1941 Bell System logo was found on Telephone History: "Long Distance", which in turn can be found here.
- The 1983 Bell System logo was found on a March 1, 1983 airing of The MacNeil/Lehrer NewsHour. I actually expected the 2nd AT&T logo to be there, but I guess I got a surprise. This can be found here.
- The rest was found on a Bell System/AT&T logo history video. They are all seen here.
