Background: Audiovisuales was the state programadora in Columbia, founded in 1976 by Inravision and the Columbian Ministry of Communications. In 1995-2003, it gained more and more hours from the failed programadoras, up to the point they were the only programadora on Canal A. After its death in 2003, both Inravision and Audiovisuales were liquidated.
