Background

This is the vanity plate of Jonathan Axelrod and James Widdoes, the latter of who had directed episodes of several television series.

1st Logo (September 20, 1993-June 20, 1997)

Logo: On a white background, we see a red filmstrip going down, with a white gradient at the top. On the left to it is the text "The Producers Entertainment Group Ltd.", and below that is "AXELROD/WIDDOES ENTERTAINMENT", all in the Times New Roman font and with a red line sandwiched in between.

Technique: None.

Music/Sounds: The closing theme of the show or a generic theme from CBS.

Availability: Seen on Dave's World and Can't Hurry Love.

2nd Logo (September 25, 1998)

Logo: On a black background, the words "Axlerod" and "Widdoes" appear in a script-like font, zooming in with another font seen behind it which quickly fades out. Below it, the text "productions" appears wiping in. As the logo forms, the two words quickly scramble three times before settling out of position.

Technique: The texts forming.

Music/Sounds: Unknown, due to the generic CBS announcement.

Availability: Seen on the pilot episode of Brother's Keeper.

3rd Logo (October 2, 1998-April 11, 2001)

Logo: On a black-blue gradient background, we see the text "entertainment" slightly spaced out with two light yellow lines growing in length of it. Above and below the text respectively are "Axelrod" and "Widdoes". There are also old film effects applied to the logo.

Variant: Sometimes, the text "in association with" is seen below.

Technique: The lines growing and the old film effects.

Music/Sounds: None or the closing theme of the show. Original airings used its generic theme.

Availability: Seen on Brother's Keeper (excluding the pilot), Movie Stars and Some of My Best Friends.
