Background
BH Tilt is the multi-platform arm of Blumhouse Productions established in 2014. They did not use a logo until 2015.

Visuals: Same as the first Blumhouse Productions logo, except "PRODUCTIONS" is replaced by 'TILT" and the logo is tilted, hence the name.
Technique: Same as the first Blumhouse Productions logo. Done at Filmograph.
Audio: Same as the non-horror version of the first Blumhouse Productions logo, or none.
Availability: It debuted on the VOD release of Creep, and can be seen on every BH Tilt film released after that.
