This is Peter Murrieta's vanity plate.

Note: The left video is the 16:9 version, and the right video is the 4:3 version.
Visuals: On a maroon background, there are two elipses, with a ball looping through one of them. In the center of the elipses, there's the text "bang." in a bold serif font; while below the logo there's the text
