Background
Barbie Software is a vanity label of Mattel that was used in titles published by their software subsidiary Mattel Media/Interactive, and later Vivendi Universal Games.
1st Logo (1997-1999)

Logo: On a deep magenta background, we see the Barbie logo of the time, with the text "Software for Girls" underneath, both accompanied by registered trademark symbols. There is a disc to the left of the said text.
Variants:
- On some games, the background appears to be purple-toned and it has a TM symbol next to the texts. There is also a shadow behind the logo.
- On Barbie: Cool Looks Fashion Designer, the normal logo appears in a box on a cloud backdrop.
- On Barbie: Nail Designer, the logo appears on the top left in the title screen of the game.
Technique: None.
Music/Sounds: None or the opening theme to the game.
Availability: Seen on Barbie: Magic Hair Styler, Barbie: Jewelry Designer, Barbie: Nail Designer, Barbie: Riding Club and Barbie: Cool Looks Designer. The variant appears on Adventures with Barbie: Ocean Discovery, Detective Barbie in the Mystery of the Carnival Caper and Barbie: Sticker Designer.
2nd Logo (1999-2001)

Logo: Same as before, except that the Barbie logo is different.
Technique: None.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Seen on the Barbie PC games Barbie: Generation Girl Gotta Groove, Barbie as Princess Bride, Detective Barbie 2: The Vacation Mystery, Barbie as Sleeping Beauty, Barbie: Beauty Styler, Barbie: Super Sports, Working Woman Barbie, Barbie: Digital Makeover, Barbie: Magic Genie Bottle and Barbie: Pet Rescue.
3rd Logo (2001-2004)

Logo: On a pink background, we see the Barbie logo on the top of the word "SOFTWARE". On the right of it, we see pixels in a star-like shape.
Technique: None.
Music/Sounds: Usually none, but on Barbie: Team Gymnastics, we hear Barbie talking about the game over the logo.
