Background
This is Michael Bay's other production company (please see this page to understand the context) that produces his action films. It is alternatively named '''Bayhem Films''' on some movies.
1st Logo (2022-)

Logo: On a black background, we see the text "Bay Films" in a gray, unrecognizable font. A blue light can be seen on the bottom edge of the B in "Bay".
Variants:
- On Ambulance (2022), the text is much darker than usual.
- A short version exists.
Technique: TBA.
Music/Sounds: None or the opening/closing theme of the movie.
Availability: Current. First seen on trailers and promotional spots for Ambulance (2022) and later debuted on the film itself following the mid-credits scene. It should appear on future films from the company.
