2nd Logo (July 20, 2014, April 17, 2015)
Logo: On a black background, the Bazelevs logo glitches in, stays on for a few seconds, and then glitches out.
FX/SFX: The logo glitching in.
Music/Sounds: Some static sound effects and a creepy humming sound.
