Background

In 2010, A2M (Artificial Mind & Movement) was reverted back to the Behaviour Interactive name due to the name "A2M" being overly complex, in addition to avoiding possible comparison to the explicit term that shares the same abbreviation. Behaviour is the largest independent Canadian video game studio (based in Montreal) working mainly on licensed titles.

1st Logo (September 28, 2010-August 13, 2013)

Visuals: There are many blue-colored transparent crystals quickly panning over a dark space, showing the glowing logo among them, which looks like a big bE and "HAVIOUR" below it. The crystals move further and hide the logo from view, as the logo fades out at the moment.

Variants: There are several different variants on earlier games.

  • On Rango (2011), the logo is burned on the wood.
  • On Victorious: Hollywood Arts Debut (2011) and several later Nintendo DS games from the company, the logo is gray and blue.
  • On Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked (2011), the logo is white and red.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: An echoed piercing sound which develops into a whoosh and fades out.

Availability: It was seen on Voltron: Defender of the Universe (2011) for Xbox Live Arcade, Ice Age: Continental Drift (2012), Wipeout 2 (2011), and other pre-2013 releases.

2nd Logo (October 11, 2013-)

Visuals: On a sky blue and white background, there is a big black box with a big white "bE" on it. It tips itself down to "chase" the letters in "HAVIOUR", which are also white and running away from the box. The box then gains speed as the box squishes the letters, causing the screen to go black for a while, before the box flips and flies back to reveal the logo on the box behind what is now a completely white background.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: Stomping sounds are heard when the box chases the letters, when squeak when they run. A big stomp is heard when the box squishes the letters. Then two cello notes are heard as the box reveals the logo.

Availability: Seen on Wipeout: Create and Crash (2013), SpongeBob SquarePants: Plankton's Robotic Revenge (2013), and all new games by Behaviour since 2013.
