Background

This is the other production company of Michael Berk, Douglas Schwartz and Gregory J. Bonann. The three also ran Tower 12 Productions (Schwartz would also co-run Douglas Schwartz/Steven L. Sears Productions with Steven L. Sears); Tower 12 made Baywatch and its spin-off Baywatch Nights, while this company made non-Baywatch programs involving Berk, Schwartz and Bonann.

Logo (September 27, 1993-October 28, 1997)

Visuals: On a black background with red, green and blue lightened line-like shapes, the gray word "BERK" flies to the left. The gray word "SCHWARTZ" flies to the middle, and the gray word "BONANN" flies to the right.
