Background
Berlanti-Liddell Productions was formed in 2000 by Greg Berlanti and Mickey Liddell. In March 2003, the company signed a three-year deal with Warner Bros. Television, and then a three-year overall deal with Touchstone Television in February 2006. In August 2006, Liddell left the company to create his own company, LD Entertainment, which also resulted a change in the company's name to Berlanti Television.
